About Our Law Firm

On February 1, 1988, attorneys Barry S. Goold and Jeffrey D. Patterson founded this law firm in order to provide individual and commercial clients in the Las Vegas area with boutique-quality representation and personalized service in a broad range of issues associated with commercial transactions and related civil litigation. Through the referrals of satisfied clients, we continue to grow and are now known by the name of Goold Patterson Ales & Day.
