Commercial Leasing

Nevada Landlord-Tenant Law Attorneys

We represent parties on both sides of commercial landlord-tenant relationships and provide a full range of legal services in these matters. Our firm's partners have drafted, negotiated and reviewed hundreds of leases for office, commercial and industrial real estate tenancies. We are well-equipped to handle the most complex landlord-tenant issues. We understand the issues from both perspectives, we are well-equipped to provide results in a timely and creative way.

Our Landlord-Tenant Practice

The majority of the work we currently do involves assisting local and out-of-state developers with the drafting of commercial leases for properties such as shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use developments, big box retail outlets and small neighborhood corner stores. Our lawyers handle all aspects of the lease drafting process including the negotiation, drafting, and review of lease agreements and contracts.

Although most of our landlord-tenant practice centers on landlord interests, our attorneys provide tenants with outstanding representation as well. As tenants' counsel, we work to negotiate lease agreements, including conditions and restrictions clauses, for clients that range from national retailers to smaller businesses.

In addition, our lawyers also handle litigation related to all landlord-tenant disputes and provide creditors' representation to landlords in bankruptcy-related concerns.
